These Greek Turkey Burgers, mixed with Kalamata olives, feta, and spinach, combine all my favorite Greek flavors and can be served with or without the bun.
Greek Turkey Burgers
These Greek Turkey Burgers are so flavorful, and I love that they can be served two different ways. Serve them on a toasted whole wheat bun with butter lettuce, cucumber slices, thin red onion slices, sliced tomato, and a little Greek yogurt or as a main dish without the bread served with rice, tomatoes, cucumbers, and red onion on the side. For some other turkey burger recipes, try my Naked Greek Feta-Zucchini Turkey Burgers or Turkey Burgers with Zucchini.

These Lebanese-inspired Grilled Chicken Kabobs are seasoned with za’atar and served with a cool Laban Cucumber Yogurt Sauce.
Grilled Chicken Kabobs with Yogurt Sauce
These Grilled Chicken Kabobs are marinated in lemon juice, olive oil, za’atar, and garlic and served with a cucumber yogurt sauce on the side. You can use either chicken breasts or thighs. I use both depending on what I have on hand. Of course, breast is leaner so that means they’ll be a little drier than thighs, but both taste wonderful. Some other great grilled kabob options are these Grilled Shrimp Scampi Skewers, Grilled Salmon Kabobs, and Grilled Lemon Dijon Chicken Skewers.

This Broccoli Beef satisfies my craving for Chinese takeout but with less oil and sugar than what you’ll find at most restaurants.
One of my favorite types of food to order in is Chinese takeout. However, it is not always the healthiest. That’s why I love cooking lighter versions at home. This Broccoli Beef recipe is even better than takeout. You may also like this Peruvian Beef Stir Fry called Lomo Saltado. If you prefer chicken, try my Chicken and Broccoli Stir Fry.

Easy Margherita Pizza made from scratch with my yeast-free, thin crust pizza dough topped with a simple raw tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella cheese, and basil.
Easy Margherita Pizza
“One cannot think well, love well, sleep well, if one has not dined well.” This week I am transitioning back into sharing recipes that my family loves. I’m sure by now that you’re no stranger to the ever-so-popular Greek yogurt dough that I used in these bagels, this grilled pizza, and this breakfast pizza. This dough is quick and easy to make – no time for rising needed. For other no-yeast alternatives, use French bread or tortilla pizza. For a low-carb pizza option, try my Zucchini Pizza Bites.

The ingredients are simple – canned tuna, mushrooms, peas, noodles in a homemade creamy sauce (without canned soup) finished with toasted breadcrumbs. Keeping canned tuna on hand is a great way to whip up quick lunches and dinners like the classic Tuna Melt or Tuna Macaroni Salad.

Carne Guisada or Latin Beef Stew is made with chunks of beef simmered in beer with scallions, garlic, tomatoes, cumin and cilantro.
Carne Guisada (Latin Beef Stew)
I get lots of emails telling me how much you all love my Latin dishes. It’s probably what I do best! When I crave beef stew, it’s always this Colombian version I crave. You can use water in place of beer if you prefer. If achiote or sazon isn’t something you can find near you, leave it out, it will still be good! If you want a chicken stew, you will love this Pollo Guisado con Maiz.
