Ham and Cheese Sliders (easy lunch or dinner)

Ham and Cheese Sliders are the ultimate snack for game day, lunch to feed a crowd or a favorite easy dinner recipe! Serve them alongside some buffalo wings with blue cheese dip and watch the whole crowd go wild! 

What’s better than the classic duo of ham and cheese? My daughter doesn’t have an answer to that, these are her favorite!

Ham and Cheese Sliders

These hot ham and cheese sliders are super easy to make – all you need to do is layer some dinner rolls with ham, cheddar or swiss cheese, and top them with a grainy mustard – Worcestershire glaze. Bake until they’re hot and the cheese is gooey melted and you’ve got the perfect bite!

You can use any type of ham (I usually choose black forest) and any type of dinner rolls. King Hawaiian are my favorite rolls for this recipe, they’re soft and sweet and make the best Hawaiian ham and cheese sliders.

Ham and swiss is a classic pairing but I’ve used so many different cheeses in this slider recipe, all with great success! White cheddar, provolone, and mozzarella are all delicious!

How To Make Ham and Cheese Sliders

To make these easy ham and cheese sliders:

  1. Slice the dinner rolls in half. If they are attached, don’t worry about separating them.
  2. Combine your topping ingredients and set aside.
  3. Place the bottom half of the rolls in a baking pan, top with ham and cheese.
  4. Brush the tops with the butter mixture and bake until golden.

The topping adds a ton of flavor and you can easily modify it to your likes! Make these ham and cheese sliders with garlic powder or Italian seasoning. You can make it without poppy seeds or dijon mustard if you prefer and add a pinch of horse radish or even brown sugar.

While many recipes have you lay the ham slices across the rolls, this can make them difficult to cut/serve. Just like with my Reuben Sandwich Sliders, place a slice of folded ham on each roll. Once baked you can simply pull a roll from the pan.

These sliders are perfect if you’re serving a crowd. You can make them all at once (and they can be made ahead of time)! Simply prepare as directed, cover and refrigerate up to 24 hours. Bake as directed.

These ham and cheese sliders are the ultimate game day feast (or any day feast).

  • 12 dinner rolls
  • 12 slices ham (*see note)
  • 8 oz swiss cheese (or cheddar chese)
  • 6 tablespoons butter (melted, divided)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons grainy mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
  • 1 teaspoon dried minced onion
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a bowl combine 4 tablespoons butter, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, poppy seeds, and dried onion.

  3. Cut the rolls in half separating the top and bottom. (If they are attached you don’t need to separate each roll). Brush with the inside of the rolls remaining 2 tablespoons butter.

  4. Place the bottom in a baking pan. Layer about the ham onto and top the cheese.

  5. Top with the other half of the roll and gently spoon the butter mixture overtop.
  6. Bake uncovered about 20 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the tops are lightly browned. Serve warm.

Pasta Primavera: This pasta primavera is the best! It is so easy to make and is loaded with fresh vegetables in a parmesan sauce.

Cheese tortellini is used in place of traditional primavera pasta choices as they’re the perfect accompaniment with a rainbow of veggies.

This pasta primavera recipe is an easy one pot dish, as the pasta is cooked in the same skillet you cook the rest of the meal in. I love skillet dishes, like this skillet teriyaki chicken. Just like orange chicken, this pasta primavera is quick, simple, and absolutely delicious.

We are obsessed with tortellini over here. This Greek Tortellini Salad is like this Greek Cucumber Salad, but with delicious tortellini. I think tortellini makes everything better, which is why I love adding it to pasta primavera.

Cheese pillows are how I describe tortellini to my kiddos. They get so excited about this creamy pasta primavera bulked up with warm vegetables and parmesan cheese. The taste delights them, the beautiful veggies delight me, and remind me of Spring.

But don’t worry, it is hearty and filling enough for the cold winter, but light and fresh enough for the heat of summer. This dish is so yummy you won’t want to wait until the equinoccio de primavera as they say in Italian. You ‘ll eat this all year round.

What Does Pasta Primavera Mean?

Let’s get a little 🎵linguistical, linguistical 🎵.  In Italian, “primavera” means spring. Literally it means the first “prima” green “vera.” Throw a little pasta in the mix and you’ve got the first greens and pasta.  A spring like pasta.

What is Pasta Primavera Sauce?

Every cook has their opinion about what should go into a pasta primavera sauce.  Some are purists and like to keep things to only spring veggies like broccoli and peas, others don’t mind adding in tomatoes or zucchini. Some think it should be angel hair pasta used, some say it’s not that important.

What it boils down to is there’s a load of veggies, a cream and butter based sauce with your favorite hard cheese–parmesan– and spices. As long as it’s a delicious and it’s a good primavera pasta recipe.

What Vegetables are in Pasta Primavera?

Commonly you’ll find broccoli, bell peppers, summer squash, peas and carrots. But the list doesn’t stop there. Add in any other veggie that you enjoy and make it your own!

I love my pasta primavera to be vegetarian, but one of the wonderful things about this recipe is you can easily add whatever protein you want.

Adding a little protein to this primavera pasta balances it out nicely.  We enjoy pasta primavera with chicken or shrimp. To make pasta primavera with shrimp, just add the shrimp to the skillet right from frozen! It cooks quickly.

This pasta is excellent served with cheesy garlic breadsticks and a Classic Wedge Salad or Easy Kale Salad.

Pasta Primavera

Delicious pasta primavera filled with spring vegetables and a parmesan cream sauce. Made in a single skillet!

  • 16 ounces cheese tortellini (cooked)
  • 3 Tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup zucchini (sliced)
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup asparagus (trimmed)
  • 1/2 cup red pepper (diced)
  • 1/2 cup carrots (diced)
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 Tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup petite peas
  • 1/2 cup snow peas
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  1. Cook pre-made cheese tortellini according to package directions and set aside. 

  2. In a large skillet add butter, and melt over medium heat. Add garlic and saute for a minute.

  3. Add zucchini and water.  Stir it all together, let cook for 1 minute. 

  4. Add broccoli, asparagus, red pepper, and carrots, and cover, and steam for 3-4 minutes. 

  5. When veggies are cooked, and tender, but still crisp, remove the lid and add chicken stock, and heavy cream.  Leave on the heat.

  6. Make a slurry by combining one tbsp of cornstarch with some of the liquid from the pan. Add the liquid to the corn starch in a small bowl, and mix together. 

  7. Pour slurry into skillet, and add the two kinds of peas. Add parmesan, and stir it all up. 

  8. Add your pre-cooked cheese tortellini, and stir it all together. Leave on heat until sauce reaches your desired thickness, about a minute.  Serve immediately.

Super Creamy Zucchini Noodles

Zoodles – (or zucchini noodles) are healthy and low carb while being rich and creamy. Best of all, these zucchini noodles are ready in about 3 minutes! They make the perfect easy snack or meal. We love serving them alongside a juicy slice of meatloaf or Oven Baked Chicken Breasts!

What are Zoodles? Zoodles are a simple keto side dish made using a spiralizer to create ribbons or noodles out of zucchini. They are easy to make (you can use a vegetable peeler if you don’t have a spiralizer) and are ready in no time flat.

A simple creamy sauce (that is not loaded with fat or heavy cream) is the perfect way to dress these for a healthy yet decadent dish!

How To Make Zoodles

You don’t need to worry about peeling the zucchini before you spiralize it for this recipe. The skin softens up when it is cooked and adds a ton of color and of course nutrients to the dish!

Zoodle Maker

Zoodles are super easy, simply place your zucchini on a spiralizer and spin it to make noodles! If you don’t have one handy, peel thin strips of zucchini using a veggie peeler. You can get a spiralizer for about $20 on Amazon so they’re pretty affordable.

Keep in mind, zucchini is 96% water, so if zoodles get overcooked, they can become watery. You can find tips to make the best ever Zucchini Noodles here.

How To Cook Zoodles

You can decide which method you’d like to use to cook zoodles but to be honest, a quick cook in a hot skillet/frying pan is my favorite! They only take a few minutes, when cooking zoodles you more want to think of it as “wilting” instead of cooking them.

If you don’t have access to the stove top (for an office lunch for example), you can microwave zoodles in the microwave for 2-3 minutes covered. You’ll want to add all ingredients at the beginning to allow the cream cheese to melt.

This method is great if you need to save stovetop space but keep in mind you just want to soften them, not necessarily cook them through.

Can You Freeze Zoodles

Kind of.

You can easily Freeze Zucchini for use in baking or casseroles.

Zoodles will change in texture and get a bit soggy when frozen. If I freeze zoodles, I tend to chop them up and use them in soups, stews or casseroles instead of as “noodles”.

Store them in the freezer for up to a year in a sealed freezer bag or container. If you’ve already added them to the cream sauce, no worries, the cream cheese also freezes well.

This zoodle recipe is so easy to get creative with! You can add whatever you’d like into them or replace the pasta in your favorite pasta in dishes like roasted cherry tomato pasta. Zucchini noodles have a mild flavor so they make a great base for Easy Chicken Parmesan too!

Zucchini noodles with shrimp is one of my favorites, but mushrooms, chili flakes, pesto, tomatoes, and grilled chicken are all great add ins. In just a couple minutes, these zoodles are ready to eat!

Easy Zoodles

These creamy zucchini noodles are ready in just 3 minutes, making them the perfect healthy snack. 

  • 1 large zucchini
  • 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons spreadable cream cheese (plain or herb & garlic flavor)
  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese (grated)
  • parsley and parmesan cheese for garnish (optional)
  1. Run a veggie peeler down the length of the zucchini creating thin strips of zucchini. Continue until you reach the core where the seeds are. Discard the core or save it for another use (I toss mine in soup).
  2. Turn the stove onto medium high and place the zucchini strips in a non-stick pan with the chicken broth or water. Cook for about 3 minutes or just until heated through.
  3. Move the zucchini strips over to one side of the pan and add the cream cheese & garlic powder to the empty side. Turn the heat down to low and stir the cream cheese just till melted.
  4. Toss the cream cheese, parmesan cheese & zucchini until well mixed and heated through. Serve immediately.
  5. Cut the ends of the zucchini and spiralize using the medium noodle blade (not the smallest noodle).

  6. Preheat olive oil over medium high heat. Add zucchini noodles and garlic powder (no salt). Cook 3-5 minutes, stirring tongs until slightly softened/wilted.

  7. Move noodles to one side and add cream cheese, stirring until melted.  Toss with zoodles and season with salt and pepper to taste.

  8. Stir in grated parmesan cheese. Garnish and serve.

Do not add salt to the zoodles before or during cooking.

15 Minute Roasted Tomatoes – So easy!

Roasted Tomatoes are an easy and delicious side dish. Fresh tomatoes are tossed with olive oil, garlic, fresh herbs and a hint of balsamic vinegar.

These oven roasted tomatoes take just minutes to prepare and are the perfect accompaniment alongside Easy Grilled Chicken Breast or a juicy steak dinner.

An Easy Side Dish

Tomatoes are an easy side dish and we love making them shine. They’re healthy, fresh, and full of flavor. From Tomato pie to pico de gallo or tomato soup, the possibilities are endless!

Any kind of fresh tomato is great in this recipe, the juicier the better. Roma tomatoes and cherry tomatoes are also great! The balsamic, olive oil, basil, and parmesan cheese balance perfectly with the sweet tart flavor of the tomatoes.

Roasted tomatoes are the perfect base for tomato sauce, roasted tomato soup, and marinara sauce. They are also delicious tossed with pasta (no other sauce required), on pizza, or just on their own!

How To Roast Tomatoes

Making roasted tomatoes is as simple as cutting and seasoning them. I love to use loads of fresh garlic and herbs but dried herbs work as well!

To make roasted tomatoes:

  1. Wash and halve the tomatoes
  2. Toss with remaining ingredients
  3. Arrange in a single layer in a baking dish or on a baking tray and roast

How Long To Roast Tomatoes

I’ve seen several recipes that that 40-60 minutes to roast tomatoes but I find by then they’re often mushy and almost turn to tomato sauce. Roasted tomatoes only need about 15-20 minutes, making them a quick side dish! 

In this roasted tomatoes recipe I use whichever variety of tomato is juicy and ripe. A large, hearty, or firm tomato (like a Beefsteak) make take a bit longer to cook. A more tender tomato (like campari or cherry tomatoes) may need close to 10-15 minutes. Of course if you prefer them softer you can cook them longer. Roasted tomatoes will need to cook at different times depending on their size.

How To Roast Cherry Tomatoes

If you’re making roasted cherry tomatoes, you can use the same method. Wash and half them, then toss them with other ingredients and arrange on a baking sheet.

Cherry tomatoes will take a little less time than larger tomatoes ones, so just make sure you watch them carefully!

How To Store Tomatoes

Just like Parmesan Oven Baked Tomatoes, these roasted tomatoes last 4-5 days in the fridge. Any leftover roasted tomatoes are great added to soups, Chilis, stews,or pasta sauce.

While these don’t freeze well as a side dish (the texture of tomatoes can change) they can be frozen. Chop and freeze and add the frozen tomatoes in place of canned diced tomatoes to all of your favorite recipes.

Oven Roasted Tomatoes

These oven roasted tomatoes are seriously delicious. We love serving them in roasted tomato pasta, or even just as a side dish. Tomatoes are always great!

  • 2-3 lbs tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chopped basil (or 1/2 teaspoon dry basil)
  • 2 tablespoons shredded parmesan cheese (optional)
  • salt and pepper to taste
  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  2. Wash potatoes and cut in half (if they’re large tomatoes, cut into quarters).
  3. Toss tomatoes with remaining ingredients.
  4. Place in a rimmed baking pan or dish. Roast 10-20 minutes or to desired doneness.

Larger or firmer tomatoes such as Romas will need more time (closer to 20 minutes) while ripe small tomatoes such as Campari will only need about 10 minutes. Once cooked tomatoes can sit and be served hot or at room temperature.

To Make the Best Instant Pot Chicken Noodle Soup:

  1. Saute an onion in the Instant Pot.
  2. Add all remaining ingredients (except noodles) to the Instant Pot and set to high pressure 10 minutes.
  3. Once cooked, remove the chicken and shred.
  4. Set Instant Pot to sauté add the noodles to boil until tender.

Can You Cook Pasta in the Instant Pot?

Absolutely, I frequently cook Instant Pot Mac and Cheese, it’s easy and wonderful. In the mac and cheese recipe, the pasta is cooked in the Instant Pot under pressure.

In this recipe, the Instant Pot cooks the chicken and veggies under pressure however it is used to “boil” the pasta using the saute setting at the end. While the noodles could be cooked under pressure in this recipe, the chicken and noodles need different cook times and the Instant Pot takes a lot of time to come up to pressure.

How To Release Pressure in the Instant Pot

If you are new to Instant Pot cooking, then you’ll need to know about the two methods to release pressure. The first is natural release meaning the pressure will naturally release over time and there is no need to touch the venting knob.

This method allows for continued cooking and also takes more time. For the very best instant pot chicken noodle soup, use quick release. It’s perfect to get dinner on the table in a hurry.

How To Quick Release Instant Pot

When making this Instant Pot Chicken noodle soup, you’ll use a quick release to stop the cooking so the chicken doesn’t overcook. When the cycle ends, just turn the venting knob to “vent” to release the steam.

Always protect your hand with an oven mitt or kitchen towel to prevent burns as the steam is very hot. Quick release will make the pressure drop in seconds instead of minutes. Once released, the lid will easily open. Never force the lid off your Instant Pot if it doesn’t open easily, it is still under pressure and should not be opened!

Instant Pot Chicken Noodle Soup

You’re going to love this Instant Pot chicken soup recipe, especially if you’ve ever made chicken noodle soup the old fashioned way.

  • 1 large onion (diced)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 large chicken breasts (boneless & skinless, about 8oz each)

  4. Turn Instant Pot onto SAUTE. Once broth begins to boil, add egg noodles and allow to simmer 6-8 minutes or until tender.
  5. Stir in chicken and season with salt and pepper to taste.

I love serving waldorf salad as a side dish, but you can easily create a main with it. The only addition you need is poached chicken or grilled chicken breasts, and you’ll have a beautiful chicken waldorf salad. How To Make Waldorf Salad

Making an easy Waldorf salad is as simple as 1.2.3. To make this easy side dish:

  1. Prep the fruit and veggies
  2. Mix dressing ingredients
  3. Combine, chill and enjoy

For best results, don’t forget to cover and chill the waldorf salad for about an hour.

There really isn’t much to Waldorf salad dressing, it’s pretty much just mayonnaise and a bit of sugar. Some add salt, pepper or a squeeze of lemon juice. I’ve also seen honey and yogurt used in the dressing.

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1/2 cup celery (diced)
  • 1 cup grapes (red, green or both)
  • 2 apples (cut in thin chunks)
  • 1/2 cup walnuts (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup raisins (optional)
  1. Combine mayonnaise and sugar. Set aside 

  2. In a medium bowl, toss together all remaining ingredients.

  3. Stir in the mayonnaise mixture and stir to combine.

How to Make Chicken Salad

This is a simple classic chicken salad recipe.  I add mayonnaise, seasonings, celery (or water chestnuts), green onions and almonds. Water chestnuts add a delicious crunch!  I always add a little greek yogurt not only to lighten it up, but it just adds a delicious tangy flavor!

If you’d like, layer up extra toppings like cucumbers, lettuce and tomatoes… and build the perfect sandwich with your favorite toppings!

What Goes into Chicken Salad?

The great thing about chicken salad is that it can be changed up based on what’s in your fridge!  Keep the ratios the same as the recipe below but swap out the add ins and seasonings…

  1. Sliced Grapes, 1/4 cup raisins & 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
  2. Dill, chopped pickles & a slice of cheddar cheese
  3. 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard powder, diced ham & shredded swiss cheese
  4. Cranberries, diced celery and 1/2 cup shredded apple (great on spinach!)

How to Cook Chicken for Chicken Salad

This easy chicken salad can use pretty much any kind of chicken!  While I often use rotisserie chicken, roast chicken or poached chicken breasts are great options too!

If you have leftovers, they are often seasoned which adds great flavor!

How Long Does Chicken Salad Last?

We keep our chicken salad in the refrigerator for 3-5 days (as long as the chicken is fresh the day you make it). Remember to refrigerate any unused portions quickly.

Can you Freeze Chicken Salad?

Sadly, mayonnaise doesn’t freeze well and that’s the base for the dressing in this recipe. If you’d like ready to go chicken salad, I’d suggest finely chopping the chicken and seasonings (water chestnuts freeze well too).

Freeze the diced chicken in single serving portions. When you’d like a salad, just combine the chicken and seasonings with mayonnaise and any extra add ins.

  • BANANAS for Banana Bread: Bananas that are too ripe to enjoy eating are perfect for making bread!  The riper the bananas, the easier to make and they give a great sweet flavor! 
    • How Ripe Should Bananas Be for Banana Bread? You want your bananas to be ripe with many black spots, this means they’re soft and full of sugars.  You can peel them and freeze them to make banana bread at a later date too.
    • To Ripen Bananas: Uhoh, you have beautiful yellow bananas, perfect for a smoothie or banana pudding but not so much for banana bread! To ripen bananas in a day or two, place them in a paper bag (with other ripe fruit if you have any) and seal. To ripen immediately, you can bake them at about 300°F for 15-20 minutes. Be sure to allow them to cool before using in this recipe.
  • EGGS & OIL:  Eggs and oil add moisture to quick breads. In this recipe we replace some of the oil with mayonnaise (which is made of… eggs and oil)! As you can see from the reviews on this recipe, it produces a moist banana bread!

How to Make Banana Bread

This extra moist banana bread recipe is one of the easiest you’ll ever make.  It’s very important not to overmix this causes a dense chewy loaf instead of a tender moist banana bread.

  1. Combine dry ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Combine bananas (of course), mayonnaise and egg in a second bowl.
  3. Mix the two together just until moist.
  4. Pour into a greased pan and bake.

I make a Chocolate Mayonnaise Cake which is to die for. If you have never had a bread or cake made with mayonnaise before, you MUST try it.  Banana Bread with Mayonnaise? I know it may sound a little bit strange, but mayo is made of oil and eggs which are basically staple ingredients in this quick bread anyhow and will make this banana bread soft and moist.

How to Make Banana Bread Moist

Banana add not only flavor to this bread but also moisture. Make sure your bananas are very ripe with lots of black spots! Ovens can vary so be sure to check your bread at least 10 minutes before the time is up just to be sure.

Tips for Moist Banana Bread

  • The batter is thick, do not add extra liquid.
  • Avoid adding extra bananas, this can make the bread too dense.
  • As with all quick breads, do not overmix. Stir just until incorporated.
  • Do not overcook
  • Seal well once cooled (a freezer bag works well too).

You can add in pecan or walnuts or chocolate chips to this banana bread recipe. For easy removal, line the loaf pan with parchment paper leaving about 3 inches of paper folded over the top of the pan. Serve it with Whipped Strawberry Butter or Honey Butter.

I much prefer to store this banana bread recipe on the counter at room temperature. How long does Banana Bread last? Banana bread should last about 3 days tightly sealed on the counter.

To FREEZE Banana Bread: Of course this easy banana bread freezes beautifully.  You can either freeze the loaf as a whole or slice it and freeze the slices. To defrost a slice just pop it in the microwave for a few seconds or even just add it to the lunch box frozen, it’ll defrost in plenty of time for lunch!

Easy Banana Bread

This banana bread is one of the easiest recipes I’ve ever tried. Not only is it quick and delicious, it turns out perfectly every single time! I add pecans but feel free to substitute your favorite nuts (like walnuts) or even add in chocolate chips.

  • 3 Medium Bananas mashed
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise (or dressing)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  1. Preheat oven to 350

Buffalo Wings

While we love the tenderness of slow cooker buffalo wings (which are perfect if you need to save oven space), these wild wings only take 35 minutes in the oven. You can put them in when the game starts and they’ll be ready to devour by halftime!

These Baked Chicken Wings are nice and crispy and I love that I don’t have to haul out the deep fryer! When I serve buffalo hot wings, I basically pile on the blue cheese dressing but you can also serve them with ranch if you aren’t a fan of blue cheese dressing!

How To Make Buffalo Wings

I first posted my favorite method to make wings crispy in my Sticky Hot Chicken Wings Recipe a few years ago.

While deep frying makes amazing crispy wings, these oven baked wings are crispy and delicious without the mess of the oil. 

To Make Crispy Chicken Wings in the Oven:

  • Ensure wings are defrosted and dry before dredging
  • Allow the dredged wings to chill uncovered for a bit
  • Add a pinch of flour with a pinch of baking powder
  • Wings should be lightly coated (thick layers of flour won’t cook)

How to make Baked Buffalo Wings:

  1. Pat the chicken wings dry with a paper towel.
  2. Dredge them and allow them to sit for a bit.
  3. Bake until golden and crispy.
  4. Toss with buffalo sauce.

Once you’ve tossed the chicken wings in buffalo sauce, you can serve them or return them to the oven for an additional 10 minutes. The final baking with buffalo sauce helps the sauce to caramelize on the outside of the wings while seeping into the wings. YUM!

Buffalo Wings

These baked buffalo wings are the ultimate game day feast. Crispy chicken wings are baked in the oven then tossed in a spicy buffalo sauce. 

  • 2 lbs chicken wings (split and tips removed)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups buffalo sauce (store bought or homemade)
  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Pat wings dry with a paper towel. Toss with flour, baking powder, salt and pepper.
  3. Line a pan with foil, place a piece of parchment paper on the foil. Place wings in a single layer on baking pan.
  4. Bake wings 20 minutes, flip and bake an additional 15 minutes.
  5. Remove wings from oven and pour sauce over top. Mix on parchment paper (I grab the corners of the paper and toss the wings around) until coated. Slide parchment out from under the wings.
  6. Turn oven to broil and broil wings 10 minutes or until golden.
