This easy Crustless Quiche Lorraine with bacon and Gruyere is a lighter take on the classic, made lighter without the crust.
Crustless Quiche Lorraine
I love making crustless quiche for weekend brunches. They are so simple to make. Plus, since there’s no crust, not only is it healthier, but it’s also quicker to prepare. You can mix all the ingredients the night before so it’s ready to bake when you wake up. This Quiche Lorraine is made with Bacon and Gruyere, but you can also try my Ham and Cheese Crustless Quiche, Crustless Broccoli and Cheese Quiche, or if you want the crust this Spinach Ricotta Tomato Quiche is delicious.

This Boozy Watermelon Lime Granita is part cocktail, part dessert. The perfect, frozen adult treat for hot summer days.
Boozy Watermelon Lime Granita
Sweet, juicy watermelons are one of the best things about summer. I love eating watermelon by itself, but it also makes an excellent base for a fruity drink. For some more refreshing watermelon drinks, try Chia Watermelon Fresca or Watermelon Agua Fresca. And for when you want a cocktail, my Watermelon Martinis are delicious.

Easy Margherita Pizza
“One cannot think well, love well, sleep well, if one has not dined well.” This week I am transitioning back into sharing recipes that my family loves. I’m sure by now that you’re no stranger to the ever-so-popular Greek yogurt dough that I used in these bagels, this grilled pizza, and this breakfast pizza. This dough is quick and easy to make – no time for rising needed. For other no-yeast alternatives, use French bread or tortilla pizza. For a low-carb pizza option, try my Zucchini Pizza Bites.

This easy seafood paella, made with shrimp, clams and chorizo is a delicious one-pot weeknight dish! Under 30 minutes too cook!
Weeknight Seafood Paella
This clam and shrimp paella with chorizo is seasoned with saffron for that authentic paella flavor. Paella, a popular dish in Spain, is a favorite in my house. It’s a one-pot meal made of rice, seafood, chorizo, and veggies. Another delicious Spanish rice dish that I love if you don’t like seafood is my mom’s Arroz Con Pollo.
